LILIAN HAMILTON JEFFERY 1915-1986 13. Postscript and Acknowledgments IG i³ fasc. 2, with LHJ's major contribution, was completed and published shortly before D.M. Lewis' own death in 1994. An index volume to both fascicles of IG i³, prepared by E. Erxleben, Klaffenbach's unnamed successor in Section 11, and K. Hallof has subsequently appeared (1998). In preparing this memoir D.M. Lewis ackowledged his debt to Anne Jeffery's sister, Mrs J. Neufville Taylor, to Dr E.A.O. Whiteman, to Dr A.W. Johnston, and, above all, to Mr P.M. Fraser, on whose Memorial Address in LMH on 29 November 1986 he drew freely.
